Ok so here is my situation:
I have no effects set because i don't care about all the effects and i have a custom theme set with text and a black cursor. My problem is whenever i restart, neither no effects, some, or all effects are selected, but half of my theme is right except for it then has a white mouse.
I know its really weired lol so if you guys have ANY idea on what it could be that would be awesome.
basically what's happening is the no effects selection isn't saving when i shutdown
