No Upgrade Button to 10.10

I am currently using 10.04 and I want to upgrade to 10.10 but no upgrade button is appearing on the update manager. I had already installed all updates and the settings was already changed to show normal distribution releases.

Lubuntu 10.4 have to install update-manager

Settings/Updates tab/Release Upgrade/Show new distribution releases:/Normal releases/Close/Check

My update-manager shows:

"New ubuntu release '10.10' is available with Upgrade button

This part of your system is broken.
I suggest a clean install of Lubuntu 10.10
