I have a Samsung N130 with XP and Ubuntu 10.04.

One day I entered the Vista Loader in the GRUB 1.98 and it took me into the Samsung Recovery Partition!

Now my BIOS reboots in a loop and no GRUB is shown anywhere!!
F9 does work (Long Beep is heard) and F2 (Recovery)
Would SuperGrub 2 Help?

Please Help.

BTW I tried the UBUNTU install CD and I get a STd error and my drive slows down.

Ensure your hdd is in the priority boot list in BIOS and try using a livecd to reinstall grub.

USB External DVD Drive is 1st Priority
HDD is second, is this right?

If you are using the chameleon bootloader to choose operating systems you might not know about grub.

To repair, download supergrub disc and boot using it.
Then Remove grub pc and download it again.
