Panel icons

Hi! I really like the white-on-black look of the panel in Ubuntu 10.10, and I'd like to keep the look unified by finding icons to replace the panel icons for Dropbox and FusionIcon. Does anyone know if these exist (along with any others)? Icons for the panel applets would be helpful, too (like Deskbar, etc).

(I know that there's an issue with the Skype icon after searching the forum a bit. Boo, Skype!)
