Hi,
Can anyone help me with follwing issue:
I've installed ubuntu 10.4 since 2weeks now, im happy with it.But the problem is with green vertical lines on startup. I did enable my graphic card from restricted drivers and it came to this deal. While graphic card was off from restricted drivers everything was right, but i couldn't use Extra Effects as it demands to enable graphic drivers. So I did once and it way annoying with green lines; so i had to reinstall back to 10.4lts version.
My graphic card is Nvidia Geforce Gt 120M.
Please do let me know if anyone could give me a right path.
Please dont write if you think that it might help, need to be sure as i cant afford to lose my data's again from disk.
