Not different from what you would find in the general help section of this forum. People with little knowledge of computers look for help while capable of only giving vague explanations of the problem. The only thing that you are not very likely to see is people telling people to "just get a new laptop".

It's not that big a problem.
Guy owns a Mac, OS got corrupted, He has almost no tech knowledge at all...
A similar thing would happen here if somebodies os got corrupted and wouldn't boot.

Though I might say that Apple doesn't educate users on how to fix technical problems they cross.

One of the posters however used his "gorgeous" macintosh to create http://www.phoppe.com/
A slight let-down of the macintosh programs available... I mean.. that's quite bad for IWeb or whatever it is called.
