Hi there...
I am a new ubuntu users.. so please excuse the beginner questions.. but I seam unable to get the audio to work properly though the HDMI cable in my Zotac HD-ID11.
I seam to be able to get teh audio to "kind of work" but not properly.. as in I followed this thread posted at the XBMC forums (http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=540482&postcount=32) but there were some problems in the instructions that has lead to some weird errors... like I can only get audio out of the HDMI if I downmix DTS and other multi-channel audio and have things set to a analogue output...
I am trying to get full digital output.... these are the problems I had following those install instructions I posted (http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=636390&postcount=179). I was hoping a ubuntu legend might have the time to look at this post and think about it and maybe post some advise..
