Hi.
I have a netbook with 1 gb of ram I would really like to run KDE on. Kubuntu on a USB has fine speed, but I am hoping with a little effort I can make it a bit faster.
Would replacing Kwin with OpenBox improve my speed any?
Am I going to lose any of the cool features of KDE if I make this change?
Is this worth my energy or do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks.
