how to reback boot loader

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
كنت مسطب ابنتو على جهازى وسطبت بعديها الويندوز ودلوقتى مش بيجى انى اختار ما بين النظامين بيدخل على الويندوز على طول من غير اختيار
وجربت طريقه الترمينال
sudo grub > find/boot/grub/stage1
لحد الخطوه التانيه دى اللى هى find/boot/grub/stage1 وبيقولى
Error 15 : file not found
فى حل للمشكله دى ولا اسطب نسخه ابنتو تانى ؟؟

I did the steps and managed to reback boot again but I found Internet didn`t work on it
so, I had to reinstall it again
In general thank you for being a good helper my brother
