Gnome Scrolling workspace issues

hi,

Ive recently installed ultimate edition 2.8 Ubuntu 10.10.

im having some trouble moving windows across into new workspaces

can somebody please help me, what do i need to install or activate to get this feature to work.

If you mean rotate to the next workspace when you drag a window to the screen edge,
