I really like the look of it all, and I really like the colors, but the thing is, every time I try to set it to that theme it just says, "This theme will not look as intended because the required GTK+ theme 'Azenis' is not intalled". What does that mean, and where can I intall this GTK+ theme?

Save the file to downloads , open Appearance Preferences and file browser drag the package from downloads and drop it into Appearance Preferences. From AP theme tab select customize > icons and select Azenis.

It's still saying the same thing.

I have one theme that does the same thing even though I have the recommended icons . I'm not sure of the reason for this but everything works so I haven't worried about it.

Oh ... That is a little bit odd. Hm, anyway, do you know any other awesome themes or things I could do with my desktop? Like a Mac Bar?

You could install Awn or GLX Dock . http://www.webupd8.org/2010/10/video-how-to-customize-avant-window.html
