First of all: this is for my Windows box, so I need something that works in Windows.

I'm looking for a (g)vim extension that incorporates email, ftp, and SSH capabilities into VIM. This is so I don't have to go open another program when I'm programming - its much easier just to have everything inside of VIM.

I know there is "muttator" for thunderbird, and I will try that if no other solutions are available, but I want something that will work inside of my gvim so that I can have multiple windows open with me editing a local file, a remote file, looking at my email inbox, and have FTP open when I need to upload something.

I really would love the SSH more than anything - as this would be very very helpful when I need to edit things on my server.

You may want to give a look at midnight commander, but probably hasn't all the features you are looking for.
