Java wont work a button in Ancestry.com. Its a java script button called "Review selected tree hints". The action that comes up when the cursor is over the button says Javascript_doPostBack('saveButton 1')" I am using Meerkat 64 bit. My browser is FF 4.0b8 64 bit. Java is 1.6.0-22 64 bit. I have reloaded java to see if that was the problem. The button worked fine in FF 3.0. So far that the only button that I have found that doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

That looks like a problem you need to work with Ancestry.com. Their web site states that they support:

Compatible Operating Systems

* Microsoft Windows 2000 (only using Firefox 3.x)
* Microsoft Windows XP
* Windows Vista
* Windows 7

Compatible Internet Browsers

* Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher*
* Mozilla Firefox 3.x

I spoke with Ancestry.com. They said it was a java problem. I had already spoken with Java people. They said it was a FF4 problem, so I submitted a bug report to FF. This button works in FF3.6 using the same installed Java. I just wondered if there was anyone on this forum that had run into the same problem so that we might discuss it.
