Hi people, i need some help.
i got a pc with lucid 10.04
when i try to connect to http://localhost/cgi-bin/man/man2html?query=man
firefox says it can't establish connection.
when i connect to http://localhost:631/ all it's fine
when i try http://localhost/joomla/installation/index.php
firefox says it can't establish connection.
so i tryed sudo chkconfig --level 5 httpd on
httpd: unknown service
all firewall rules are accept
SOLVED but i'd like to know why. upgrading to 10.10 and using default configuration files
what can i do to make apache2 work properly?
i'd like to learn some mysql php joomla stuff but i'm stuck here
