Just curious what's your favorite open source content management system, whether as an admin or user? Also I added SharePoint, though it's not Open Source... more of a joke, but just curious how many people like it none the less.

I've used Joomla, Drupal & Wordpress. There are things I like and dislike about each. I have the most experience with Joomla but am starting to use Drupal more and more. So there's my wishy-washy answer.

The only ones listed that are worth a "beep", are Drupal and Joomla. Having said that, I prefer Drupal, because it does very little by default, but has modules for anything and everything. I suppose you could say its good for minimalists. Joomla does a lot more by default, and has a HUGE admin interface, and a WYSIWYG editor by default, good for new users, but for me it's a negative.

I agree. Wordpress makes a great blog but is also a super CMS with tons of plug-ins.

I've got Mediawiki (http://lisati.homelinux.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page), Wordpress (http://lisati.homelinux.com/wordpress/), punBB (http://lisati.homelinux.com/bb/), fluxBB (http://lisati.homelinux.com/fluxbb/), phpBB (http://makeadifference.serveblog.net/) and bbPress (http://lisati.homelinux.com/bbpress/) scattered around various parts of my server. Each has its own strengths.

Yeah I noticed I put Wikipedia instead of MediaWiki by mistake after saving it, and I wasn't sure how to go back and change it.
