Starting yesterday, I started getting the following message: W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/shiki/mediainfo/ubuntu/dists/maverick/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Suggestions and/or help would be appreciated.

Thanks & regards,
Mike

There is no Maverick version for that PPA (see Here (http://ppa.launchpad.net/shiki/mediainfo/ubuntu/dists/)) so open Software Sources and either un-tick it as a source or delete it.

Good Luck

Yielder didn't say where she found a PPA, I found one here...

ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8

(Just add that to your "Software Sources".)

Hope this is of help to someone.
