Hi all, I get a useless corrupted pink/purple screen on my Dell Inspiron E1505 when I try to boot up the Ubuntu i386 10.10 desktop Live CD. It happens right after the little keyboard and human icon. I've attached a photo of the screen. The Live CD seems to be loading fine, but the video is completely corrupted. This happened with 10.04 too, I just skipped that release and hoped this one would work. There is nothing wrong with my video card, I'm using it right now with my 9.10 installation. Is there a way to launch it with a video safemode? My video card is an nVidia GeForce Go 7300.
