I am using Ubuntu 10.04.1. I downloaded Scribus (stable) from the software centre and it failed to add text in its text box. This forum couldn't help so I asked Scribus how to fix this. They replied:-
p { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; } "This is most certainly caused by Ubuntu's completely and utterly broken Qt3. Please try to update to 1.3.8/1.3.9svn, which uses Qt4."
I dont know what Qt3 and Qt4 are but obviously I need Qt4 and Scribus 1.3.8 or 1.3.9. I am a bit of a beginner in some of this Ubuntu stuff so need some help please as that version of Scribus needs sourcing and I dont want to much things up.
