Does anyone know of any enterprise setup guides for using ubuntu on 350 workstations? We currently use windows in the office and are having major security issues. We would like to switch to ubuntu 100% and just wondered if there were any good guides out there for doing this.

Ubuntu setup and Domain Controller for locking down the installs. One idea is to network boot to read only then give the employee read/write to their home folder only.

Has this already been done before?

I'm sure it HAS been done before, but I don't think there are any guides readily available to walkthrough your specifics.

You could always sandbox it in a VM and see how it works.
