hello all,
i am thinking of buying an apple macbook pro. this is primarily because of my desire to get away from windows.
however, i am in any case going to use linux along with either of these operating systems.
now, i have a lot of .odt files that i created in both ubuntu and XP.
will i be able to view these files in the mac OS ?
i.e. if i install openoffice or new office .
thanks!

Yes, you will be able to view and edit .odt files, because OpenOffice is available for Mac OS X.
