Hello Respected Members,
I Am a ubuntu desktop user, Now i install ubuntu server 8.04 LTS in one of my windowsbox, Inside the virtualbox. I have the .ISO file of 8.04 LTS. I want to install iostat, but the system can't install when i run this command - apt-get install sysstat. can any one please guide me how do i install softwares from CD and from internet from command line ?
P.S. it is helpful to me - how to install packages using wget and how to retrieve any specific software repository path.
