I had always wondered if a pay-for app abides by the same rules as open source ones (had to make it in, in time for the repo freeze of each release)...

Apparently not

Thats good though, it means apps will be added as they become available, or at least after they have been packaged.

Its only $7 and its worth it!!!

Now new free apps don't either, they just have to be submitted to Canonical and ask to be included post-release, and they will be.

Tried to but it keeps timing out on download.

An excellent game. Nothing amazing, but good nonetheless.

I still hope they'll add Uplink though....
