Hi all,

I have a question: Recently I created a tarball of the system by using the command

sh maketar.sh in /root. The filename is ubuntudistro.tar.gz.

I now want to reimage the hard drive with the tarball. (Something like Norton Ghost, how you have to create a boot recovery cd and restore the .gho or .v2i files) How is this done? I'm an absolute newbie at Ubuntu, so please eliminate any linux geek talk. I'm using Ubuntu 9.04.

Thanks.
