Hi All

I am planning to get the Core i processor box. Whether it is compatibility with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Server Edition 64 bit?

Thanks in Advance

64-bit Lucid or Maverick works great for my i5 with nvidia GT 220 video.

Some people with i7 had issues with something hogging some cpu time, but not sure what that was about or whether it was resolved. No such problems with i5 650 3.2 GHz, idling most of the time unless doing something graphic intensive:

grep MHz /proc/cpuinfo
cpu MHz : 1200.000
cpu MHz : 1200.000
cpu MHz : 1200.000
