View Full Version : [ubuntu] My Banshee media player keeps instant crashing with Ubuntu 10.1

Since upgrading the OS banshee crashes within seconds of loading. Sometimes it lasts a bit longer, but if I do anything, for example clicking on a play list, it will crash.
This has only started since upgrading.
I have installed and reinstalled it many times, but nothing has changed.
What do I need to do? What's wrong with it?

You may want to add the banshee PPA to your software list so you can stay up to date to the latest bug fixes

It may not help now but it may help after they fix it.
You may want to file a bug report here:
http://banshee.fm/contribute/file-bugs/

That way your problem will be brought to the attention of the developers.
