How do I change the colours of the GDM login screen?

I can change the background image, but I stuck with the theme.

we all are, as of version 10.04 (iianm). you've taken it as far as it will go (afaik).

abbreviations are because this is a huge and helpful community, which search works wonderfully well in. best o' luck if i'm dead wrong on the ot.
