In wanting to try something a bit lighter, but not quite LXDE-light, I installed Xubuntu. I used it and loved and decided to remove the regular ubuntu-desktop.
I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is because I removed Gnome, or if It's because I installed Xubuntu, but whenever I restart my machine and boot up linux, before the user-chooser loads up; I see a bunch of distorted looking lines and dots that, after a second or so, fade into the regular login background.
It feels really glitchy, and It's kinda scary. Why's it doing this and how do I get it to stop? D:
