I have put Linux on my desktop pc and I love it, however I have been trying to put on my old averatec 3200 series laptop for the past hour and an on my last nerve.
When booting from the live cd I get to a part of the install where it says "copying files" and the whole thing freezes up (no cursor or keyboard detection, and the spinning mouse icon freezes)
I have chosen the use entire hard rive option for ubuntu.
Any help would be appreciated!
