Hi. I am using a 10.04 with a 2.6.36-rc7 custom kernel (I need a video driver code which is only available in specific kernel versions). I am almost 100% certain that my video chip will not work with the kernel shipped with 10.10. Do you know if an upgrade to 10.10 will respect the (custom) kernel I am using? I would suppose "yes", but I'd like to know before attempting the upgrade.
