I have a plasma TV hooked up to my Ubuntu box through VGA output. Everytime the Ubuntu box comes out of screen saver mode, it changes the display settings. However, when I start up monitor configuration, the Ubuntu box automatically restores the screen rez that I set originally. I'm running on Ubuntu 10.10 x64 version. Any help will be appriciated.
