My toolbars are missing and i would like them back

I'm running Ubuntu with Linux 2.6.32-25-generic (Thats as much as i can figure out everything is frozen when i log in)and i just set one of my toolbars to auto hide and then i moved it to the bottom of the screen and moved my second toolbar to the top of the screen. Then i decided i wanted them the other way and now they are both on the top and they are flickering on top of each other and are not letting me do anything. I cant open any programs also.
