Vertical File Storage Used as Laptop Stand?

Is it possible for me to use a single slot vertical file storage system as a laptop stand? I want to keep my laptop behind my monitor, but without using much space. The main question, is where can I find a vertical file storage system thing? I have looked and looked, but I can't find one. Thanks for helping!

As long as the laptop is held securely, I would think it's fine. Not sure where you would find one, my first thought is an office supply store.

I use a folding metal book stand for my laptop - keeps it off the desk so the cats don't walk on it, and I can open the lid to use the screen as a second display if I want. It doesn't hold the laptop vertical though, closer to 50-60 degrees maybe.

Not sure where you'd get the book stand either, though! Mine was a gift many years ago...
