i formate my hard disk using western digital ligufied tools
and the parition named like that

but i want to named like that

Music

My advice is to use gparted. Much easier and more intuitive if you use that GUI. I haven't worked with the WD tools you mentioned, though. Simply put, in gparted, view the drive, then edit the names on it and click apply.
