View Full Version : [kubuntu] Dragging mplayer video by clicking anywhere on window

I've just upgraded Kubuntu from Lucid to Maverick and, as i've added the backports repo, I also upgraded KDE from 4.5.1 to 4.5.2

It mostly went fine, but there's one little annoyance i've noticed. I used to be able to drag an mplayer video around the screen by clicking anywhere on it, but since the upgrade that doesn't work any more and I now have to drag the title bar specifically.

Is there a setting i'm missing to revert to the previous behaviour?

Hi,
It has been a couple of years since I used mplayer, so I can only offer this... I usually move my windows around by holding down the left Alt key then drag them around without using the titlebar.
Hope this helps

Aah, it turns out there's an option buried in the bespin theme configuration tool to allow dragging on empty places in windows.
