Is there some calculator that can do addition of complex numbers (in polar or rectangular form)?

I don't really want to use something like Scilab or Octave for this kind of thing.

I believe Qalculate (apt:qalculate) may do the trick for you.

If you need to do something really fancy, Python has a standard complex number type, while Reinteract (apt:reinteract) and iPython (apt:ipython) are two really nice Python shells :)
