okay, i just installed 10.04 and rebooted, i noticed that my nvidia 4 mx 4000 wasn't working when i was playing a game, i installed nvidia-96 package and then rebooted after that it just loaded into a tty. i just got here by using the live cd.

please do not tell me to reformat my disk, it took me 2 hours to install it and i dont want to do it again
