Fresh Install Maverick Modprobe Error

Fresh install
32 bit maverick

First thing I see is,

modprobe: FATAL could not load /lib/modules/2.6.35.22-generic-pae/modules.dep
No such file or directory

After this displays for about 10-12 seconds, machine boots fine and runs smooth! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since this wasn't answered yet, same here. UNR 10.10 same error, and boots fine after
