Mozilla has setup a way to give support to Firefox users via Twitter.

I have tried it and is interesting. What do you think about such service for Ubuntu?

That would probably be very useful for those who use Ubuntu and Twitter. You ought to go ahead and do it.

I was thinking about something official, coming from Canonical.

So your supposed to give support within 140 characters!? :-s

Sure for some small questions it will work fine, but if there's actually a problem to fix, it will be way too cumbersome(wrong word maybe).
