When Will Wubi 10.10 Be Released?

I was just trying to upgrade my Wubi Ubuntu 10.04 installation to 10.10, when my keyboard and mouse stopped working, and the installation got to a point where I needed to use them to advance. So, I had no other option but to force a shutdown, which, upon reboot, wrecked the Ubuntu install. So, in Windows, I uninstalled Wubi, but then I realized that there was no Wubi installer available for Ubuntu 10.10. Does anybody know when this will be released?

Wubi is on the Live CD, you may have to navigate to the CD and double click wubi.exe.

It's not working for me. I really want to get Ubuntu, but I tried installing on the USB (I don't have a CD) and it said it won't boot. I usually install using Wubi and I can't find a 10.10 version anywhere.
