problem by installing the ubuntu inside the windows

Actually, I am trying install the ubuntu (10.04) inside my XP windows.
but unfortunately I am facing with following error:

permission denied:
for more information, please see the log file c:\document\......


could you please help me to solve this problem?

Do you mean you are trying to install via Wubi?

Please post the results of the log file so we can try and figure out what is happening.
