Ubuntu Tweak

Has anyone use Ubuntu Tweak? If so would it help me or will Ubuntu do the same thing? I just found it I would like to know before I install it.

I got it and use it some times
it does a lot of different thing

it helps finds what apps are auto starting

it is a good tool to have

try it and if you do not like just remove

The only I see for download is 0.5.6 is this one the stable version?

Be careful what 'cleaning' functions you use - some are quite drastic so ask here first.
