During an upgrade to 10.4 from 9.10 all the USB ports on my Acer Revo have stopped working. I'm at the stage where it asks if I want to remove obsolete packages but I'm unable to select either option. Both mouses I've tried appear inactive (no light coming from them) and both keyboards are unresponsive.
Do I have any choice other than to pull the power which I suspect will result in having to do a clean install?
