Problem to install Ubuntu.

Hello. Now i am using Ubuntu 10.10.
I want to install it from DvD, but a cant.
I downloaded Ubuntu from here (http://www.ubuntu.com) and when it downloads i get a .iso file.
I've extracted and the extract et files put
on a dvd.
I restart my computer and go to Boot Menu and set "boot from cd-dvd-" and nothing happen.
Please reply.

You should not extract the files from the ISO. Just open your dvd-burning-application and select 'Create DVD from image' (or similar). The same goes for a CD.
