Gateway netbook won't boot from USB

Downloaded the Netbook Remix 10.04 and created a USB drive using Universal USB Installer.

Trying to load on to brand new Gateway netbook.

Have changed Boot Order in the BIOS Utility to...

USB HDD
USB FDD
USB CDROM
IDEO Hitachi
IDE1
Network Boot

But the thing just will not go anywhere other than *******.

What am I missing?
