Version 2.30.2.is.2.30.0-0ubuntu4

This looks like it's saying it's going from 2.30.2 to 2.30.0. Isn't that a downgrade in the UPGRADE manager? Confusion...

The current version of GDM in Ubuntu 10.04 is gdm (2.30.0-0ubuntu5). See this:

However, the Lucid updates repo does indicate that "gdm (2.30.2.is.2.30.0-0ubuntu4):
http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid-updates/gdm
I would just go ahead and install the updates. Update Manager never downgrades packages by default.
