Get Communications back to pannel

Hello, the standard panel which is loaded to ubuntu 10.4 seems to have lost some items (I May have accidentally deleted them) and I was wondering if it was at all possible to get back the volume control and also the communications drop down section (with the email client, empathy ect...) This would be greatly appreciated!

Ahh Worked it out...

... Right click on panel
- ' Add to panel'
- Indicator Applet
