Places -> Connect to Server

The window on my system that shows up after accessing the Menu command Places -> Connect to Server on gnome seems to be messed up, and I'd like to reinstall the package.

Can anyone please inform which package is this?

I got it!
The package name is somehow related to nautilus-connect-server. At least this is what I get via ps -ef.
