Web design in Quanta Plus

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 that comes in a free CD. I would like to develop web page using Quanta Plus. When I saw the site it is written that the platform is KDE. Can I install it in my PC?

Yes you can install it, if you install it from Synaptic Package Manager
it will install will install kdebase-runtime and several others fill that is need for Quanta to work

I like the games that are in KDE and it also installed the kdevase-runtime and others file for kde

you might want to write down all the files that are being install with Quanta from Synaptic Package Manager, just encase you decide to remove it, so you can remove the other files from the list

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I just want know whether I can connect to MySQL database and display data in table format using Quanta?
