Is there any way to modify the settings on the new message icon thing? I would like to make it more obvious that I've got a new IM. I understand that more people like something unobtrusive, but I would really like something that flashes red or something obvious like that for myself. I'm missing a lot of IMs when they come in because I just don't see them.
