What is the desktop-couch folder all about?
Its eating 3.3gb of space on my small hard drive. I want to get rid of it.

helpful. but how can I clean out this huge directory without messing up my computer?

I just deleted the huge file inside of that folder. so far, no crashes. thanks everyone

I just annihilated several things "couch", gwibber, empathy, ubuntu-one, and a few other festering residuals of bloat, and so far it seems only a relief.

Thank Dog that people ask such questions, else the only difference between Win/Lin would be that for one you bear the high cost of cash, and the other of time. It's good to be able to keep things clean.

I wonder if the philosophy will soon be:
It's "free" damned you! Don't complain about what you can't remove, ingrate!
